What BroGo is
BroGo is a tool for a group of people to agree on when, where and at what budget they will travel. It collects each traveler’s constraints, finds the overlap, ranks destinations, runs a vote and tells the group when it has reached a decision.
It is an early pilot. Some of it is rough, features will change, and it may occasionally be unavailable.
What BroGo is not
BroGo does not book flights, hotels or anything else. It does not hold or transfer money. It does not provide travel, visa, health or safety advice. Cost figures in the product are estimates to help a group compare options, not quotes, and the actual price of a trip is whatever you pay when you book it elsewhere.
Using it
You can use BroGo to plan real trips with people you actually know. Do not use it to harass anyone, to collect other people’s information without their knowledge, to send unsolicited invitations, or to do anything unlawful. BroGo can remove trips or block access where that happens.
You are responsible for what you enter. If you invite friends, you are telling BroGo you are allowed to share their names with the group.
Your content
The trip names, notes, preferences and votes you and your group enter remain yours. You give BroGo permission to store and display them to your group, which is the only reason BroGo needs them.
Cost during the pilot
BroGo is free during the pilot. If that changes, it will be announced in advance and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
No warranties
BroGo is provided as-is during the pilot. It may have bugs, its estimates may be wrong, and it may be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, BroGo is not liable for decisions your group makes using it or for any costs arising from them — including a trip that gets booked, or one that doesn’t.
Ending things
You can stop using BroGo and delete your trips at any time. BroGo may suspend or end the pilot, or your access to it, with reasonable notice where practical.
Changes to these terms
These terms will change, at minimum once they have been reviewed by a lawyer. Material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect.
Governing law
To be specified before general availability, once the operating entity and jurisdiction are settled.
